Sale

We calculate the right sale price which is in line with the market for you and after this we then offer you the following services: we prepare a professional exposé and offer your property to our selected group of interested parties. Furthermore, we conduct all viewings and inspections of the premises. We then advise you on the purchase contract formalities and make sure that a reliable credit check of the parties interested in purchasing your property is carried out. We accompany the parties to the contract to the appointment with the notary and then hand over the property at the start of the contract.

Assessment

We provide a realistic and expert assessment of your property in inheritance matters or when you intend to make a sale, so that the further marketing can take place without any disappointments. Our team is experienced and draws up valuation reports in accordance with Section 194 of the German Building Code.

Leasing

We establish the best possible rental price for you and take care of all aspects of arranging this: we offer your property to our selected group of interested parties, and conduct all viewings and inspections of the premises. We then sort out the lease contract formalities with a reliable credit check for you and hand over the property at the start of the contract.
